My friend, Tricia, over at The Girl Who Wears My Shoes is an incredible writer. She writes about her life experiences, often painful experiences, with such detailed description and open honesty. Her words always flow together beautifully.
She has recently decided she will fulfill a life dream and write a novel.
I applaud anyone who goes after a life dream. So many are either caught up in day to day life or so afraid to take a chance, they don't go after their dreams. I am so happy Tricia has taken this life changing step to fulfill her life.
Today she posted a preface to her novel to give us a hint of what she is working on. It's called They Named Him Nathaniel. It takes place in the post civil war years and revolves around a subject that is close to my heart, racism.
